Good candidates are healthy adults wishing to address volume loss, deep lines, facial asymmetry, or enhance specific features. Patients should have realistic expectations and not be pregnant or breastfeeding. Certain autoimmune conditions or active skin infection in the treatment area may preclude treatment. Dr George conducts a thorough facial assessment at consultation to determine the most appropriate product, volume, and placement for natural-looking results

Following facial analysis and consent, the area is cleansed and topical anaesthetic is applied. Dr George uses ultrasound guidance for precise, safe placement — particularly in high-risk zones such as the tear trough, nose, and temples. Filler is delivered via fine needle or cannula depending on the area. Sessions take 30–60 minutes. Results are immediate with initial swelling settling over 5–14 days. Results typically last 9–18 months

Pre: Avoid alcohol 24 hrs prior. Cease fish oil, vitamin E, and aspirin (unless prescribed) for 5 days to minimise bruising. Arrive with a clean face — no makeup. Post: Avoid touching the treated area for 6 hrs. No vigorous exercise or extreme heat for 24–48 hrs. Sleep on your back the first night. Attend your 2-week review appointment
