The nose is cleansed and topical anaesthetic applied. Dr George uses real-time ultrasound imaging to visualise the nasal vasculature and guide precise filler placement via fine needle or cannula. Strategic micro-deposits of hyaluronic acid filler create the desired contour correction. The procedure takes 30–45 minutes. Results are immediate. Hyaluronidase (reversal enzyme) is always on hand

Pre: Avoid blood thinners, anti-inflammatories, and alcohol for 5 days prior. No nasal or dental procedures in the 2 weeks before treatment. Post: Do not press, touch, or blow your nose forcefully for 48 hrs. Avoid glasses resting on the nose for 1 week. No vigorous exercise or heat for 24 hrs. Bruising and mild swelling settle within 1–2 weeks. Results last 9–18 months. A 2-week follow-up is included
